NCHD’s Reproductive Health Program provides quality services to help meet your reproductive health and birth control needs.

Billing for this program is based on a sliding fee scale in relation to income. If you have health insurance, our services can be billed to your insurance. The majority of our clients qualify for free or low-cost services. Our services are provided by a professional staff and confidentiality is maintained. We do not deny service for inability to pay.

If you need any of your protected health information to be released or disclosed, please complete the Authorization for Release of Protected Health Information.

Services We Provide

  • Breast and pelvic exams, pap smears, testicular exams
  • STI testing (Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis and HIV)
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Birth control methods
  • Emergency contraception
  • Abstinence counseling
  • Basic fertility counseling
  • Contraceptive implant insertion/removal
  • Contraceptive IUD insertion/removal
