Mental and physical health are closely related and staying healthy in mind and body is key to overall wellbeing. Anyone can go through stressful experiences or events that have negative impacts on mental health, even without having a specific mental health diagnosis. Take some time to explore topics like wellbeing at work, healthy relationships, how to cope with life transitions, and more at the online resource nchd.crediblemind.com, a tool NCHD has brought to northeast Colorado to help our residents meet their mental health needs.
