OWS Stakeholder Meeting Information

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is in the process of proposing changes to Colorado's Onsite Wastewater Regulations. Those changes are being discussed in several stakeholder meetings throughout the state. The Northeast Colorado Health Department has been closely monitoring the conversations coming out of some of these subcommittee meetings, and has some concerns. Below is a brief description of some of the topics that are being discussed and NCHD's position on those discussions:
